What I Offer

As a postpartum doula, I help the mother get what Kimberly Ann Johnson calls the FIVE UNIVERSAL POSTPARTUM NEEDS met during the first forty days postpartum (6 weeks):

rest, nourishing food, loving touch, presence of wise women, Nature.

Postpartum Package 1

Here’s a comprehensive look at the support I can offer you during your postpartum experience:

Schedule:

  • 1-2 days a week

  • Beginning immediately after birth or a few weeks out depending on your needs

My Postpartum Doula Package includes:

1 prenatal visit:

  • I will come to your home and we will spend time getting to know each other and making a comprehensive plan of support for your postpartum time

8 postpartum visits (2 hours each, 16 hours total):

  • Help with light housework (laundry, dishes, cleaning up around the house)

  • Help with baby and/or siblings

  • Cooking/prepping nutritious meals

  • Herbal teas/remedies to support your healing

  • Herbal baths

  • Rebozo

  • Nervous system regulation support

  • Educational support

  • Emotional support and birth processing

  • Support with breastfeeding/pumping/bottle feeding

  • Womb massage

  • Resources and referrals

Pricing:

Sliding scale - $1,600 - $1,800

Postpartum Package 2

Here’s a comprehensive look at the support I can offer you during your postpartum experience:

Schedule:

  • 1-2 days a week

  • Beginning immediately after birth or a few weeks out depending on your needs

  • Educational support

Postpartum Package 3
