MotherCircle is an 8-session gathering for mothers, for mothers-to-be, for women who care for mothers, and for any woman wanting to understand the mother-becoming journey within a supportive community. We gather for 90 minutes at a time. Each session includes nourishing tea and/or ceremonial cacao, breathwork, embodiment practices, meditation, and discussion prompts.
